I work as a Tribe Lead Architect at If Insurance, where I'm responsible for the architecture of a group of teams building digital services. Most of my days go into helping development teams and business leaders make better architecture decisions together — through questions, shared principles and lightweight governance rather than mandates.
My background is in hands-on development on the Microsoft stack — .NET, C# and Azure — and I still enjoy building things myself. I have a strong track record in complex IT systems, especially in the insurance and healthcare industries.
Outside work I find balance through hiking, sports and the outdoors.
